Jack grew up in Oakville, Ontario, receiving his honours B.A. and later his Law Degree from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. After being called to the Bar in 1983, Jack moved with his family to Brampton, Ontario, working in a partnership until 1990 when he established his own firm. Since that time Jack has practiced throughout Ontario from his Brampton Office.
